Première fois que je venais dans se camping et vraiment satisfaite et vraiment hâte de revenir l'année prochaine

Une équipe formidable que se soie à l'accueil du camping ou que se soie aux snack toujours dans la bonne humeur et avec le sourire une piscine vraiment très bien et surtout des aire de jeux géniale vivement l'année prochaine pour revenir pour profiter encore pleinement du camping et je le recommande à 100%

Séjour a refaire avec un peu plus de chaleur

Malgré une météo pluvieuse, nous avons bénéficié d'un hébergement confortable et appréciable tout confort avec lave vaisselle, TV et plancha ....avec une super piscine couverte La clim est un plus si la météo le permet en ce qui nous concerne on a eu besoin de chauffage 😁

Séjour reposant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Le camping, qui est proche de la plage et du centre ville, est très calme.
Mobil home neuf bien agencé.
Le SPA privatif est un vrai plus pour se détendre après des journées de découverte de cette belle région.

Great situation. Offered only most expensive accommodation as ‘ available’ -not true, and ‘abusive’ cleaning bill.

We have stayed in this campsite for many years
It is really well situated near a big beach with restaurants, Cafes, bars, bakers and everything you need. In easy reach of walks and cycle paths along the coast.Until this year it had a great atmosphere. Right amount of space, trees and permanent options, including big Masai tents we loved to stay in …But now… plastic mobile homes packed about as close as they can get them.. no Masai tents, and customer service? Well. We always book an out of season slot in September, and always got good and appropriate accommodation. This year, the booking site told us there was no accommodation for 2 but only the most expensive option designed for 6. When we arrived it was clear plenty of the smaller mobile homes were actually free.
The final insult was to receive an email on our return home, informing us of a cleaning bill of 60 euros, with photos attached. These were laughable. A few drops and crumbs - 5 minutes of cleaning. My legal advisor described the bill as an abuse, but said we could do nothing because of the wording of the leaflet on cleaning we were given on our arrival.We have stayed in countless accommodation and always been told ( on this very campsite too) that we had left it impeccable. Never a problem.
I spoke to the director of the site who seemed sympathetic and said she would get back to me that day. Not a word.
Well they’ve lost a loyal customer and gained bad reviews. Very disappointed to have had our holiday in our previously favourite place, greatly soured.

The management has changed and new developments are underway. We can understand that this is difficult for you, however, our approach is to meet the expectations of our holidaymakers who are above all looking for comfort.

You have had the site manager and several members of our team on the phone, emails and all the information concerning your departure as indicated in our procedure, and, as you yourself say, we present the conditions on the inventory of fixtures form given on your arrival.

Finally, regarding your remark about the lack of availability of the accommodation for 2, you have indeed booked through a partner who does not hold all the categories that we offer directly with our MS Vacances reservation service.
We invite you to contact our advisors for your next stay. They will be able to guide you through the wide choice of accommodation we offer.
