Disappointing Experience at Ramada Suites Kualampur
Our recent stay at Ramada Suites was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Despite booking specifically at this hotel based on positive reviews and recommendations, our experience left much to be desired.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a spacious and well-appointed room, which initially seemed promising. However, our encounter with the receptionist, a trainee , was marred by her rude demeanor and unprofessional behavior. It's concerning that a trainee would exhibit such conduct towards guests.we were surprised to learn that the hotel does not provide luggage assistance—a basic service that one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. While policies may vary, this is an area that requires immediate attention and reconsideration.

Our disappointment escalated when we encountered difficulties with housekeeping. Despite requesting not to have our room cleaned until we returned, we were informed upon our return that cleaning services were unavailable due to specific time constraints. This inflexibility in accommodating guests' needs is unacceptable.

The most distressing incident occurred when we discovered that some of our belongings, including a brand new hat and a three-year-old Ray-Ban sunglass, had gone missing from our room. Despite reporting the incident to the reception, we received no resolution or follow-up, leaving us feeling disregarded and disheartened.the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was severely lacking in variety and quality. The spread was minimal, and the service staff, predominantly Indian, displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of proficiency in English communication. Their disheveled appearance and inadequate training further detracted from the dining experience.

As a family with a three-year-old child and an infant, we expected the hotel to provide some level of priority service or accommodation, considering the needs of young children. Unfortunately, no such considerations were evident during our stay.
it's essential to highlight the overall poor quality of staff training and grooming throughout the hotel. From the unprofessional demeanor of the trainee receptionist, to the inadequate behavior and , predominantly Indian, it was evident that proper training and standards were lacking. Furthermore, the uniforms worn by the staff did not meet basic food safety standards, contributing to a sense of discomfort and unease during meal times.
In conclusion, our stay at Ramada Suites fell short of our expectations. While the room itself was satisfactory, the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff, particularly at the reception and during breakfast, left much to be desired. It is our hope that the hotel management will take heed of these concerns and make necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

A wonderful hotel for families and international holidayers, staff and door persons were very courteous and friendly. A wonderful hotel, rooms were very tidy and beds were comfortable, my only recommendation is to offer a shorter - softer pillows as those on offer were firm and almost 3 to 4 inches high.

Best experience and would definitely recommend people to visit the hotel whenever they travel to Malaysia

Awesome Hospitality Experience
It was such a wonderful experience and hospitality served by Jhanvi. Overall experience was too good. Starting from tremendously welcome to check-out, we got all the support from the reception and all other staff members as well. Kudos to Jhanvi and team.

4 nights in Kuala Lumpur
This is a lovely hotel and situated in a good area for bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious with good facilities. Our room had a kitchenette, but unfortunately no pots or pans to cook with, so a bit pointless really. Large fridge, microwave and a sink, toaster and kettle. I have knocked 1 star off as the hotel bar and restaurant were closed due to refurbishment. However, Nawab restaurant and bar across the road offer in-house service. We ate there and the Indian meal we had was fantastic.
