MeTour cares a lot about the relationship with its partners and for this reason it has an absolutely transparent administration that can always be consulted and updated from its partner area. In fact, in this area, in the "proposals-bookings" and "proposals-payments" menu, you can always have under control the status of the reservations, of the reservations paid by the customer, how much you will collect, how much commissions will be withheld from the customer's reservation, the payment status from MeTour.

When will I get paid?
MeTour, as mentioned, cares a lot about transparency in the relationship with its Partners, but, at the same time, applies a strict policy to protect its customers. This is why payments by MeTour are made exclusively "subject to successful completion of the booking". What does it mean? That MeTour pays its partners within 1 week of the end (and without problems or disputes) of the booking by the customer. Example: a customer books a room for 3 nights with check in on March 2nd and check out on March 5th. MeTour will pay the partner within 7 days starting from March 5th, unless there are disputes from the customer and the relevant invoice/receipt is received from the partner.

Automatic Alert Service on Reservations to be Invoiced:
Once a customer's reservation has been completed (be it a stay, a table reservation, a tour, etc.), you will receive an automatic email from Metour, inviting you to send an invoice relating to Mr.'s reservation number XXXXXXX. /Mrs.
Once the invoice has been received within 7 days you will be paid according to the methods you have chosen.

How do I get paid?
MeTour pays either by bank transfer or through PayPal. When you upload your offer to the MeTour.it portal, during the guided tour, you will be asked which payment you prefer and, clearly, to enter all the necessary information.
If you choose Bank Transfer you will be asked for IBAN, the supporting bank, Beneficiary + any, CIN, Swift or BIC.
If you choose PayPal instead, you will only be asked for the PayPal account email.
