The Taurasi produced with passion by Cantine Antonio Napolilitano comes from vines of Taurasi grapes. The origins of this vine are very ancient, probably Greek, but always very current: Taurasi, in fact, is still today one of the greatest exponents of the Campania and Italian wine heritage. Ruby color with garnet reflections, the nose gives a large and intense bouquet. Full, austere and rightly tannic.
The remarkable structure makes it extremely long-lasting. The harvest of the grapes in the harvest period is carried out rigorously by hand and involves a first phase of fermentation in steel and then a slow and precious maturation first in barique barrels for 12 months, to then be decanted into large barrels, always in wood , from 80 hl for another 18 months. To then continue according to art a further slow and passionate refinement in smaller barrels and then in the bottle... making it a wine for enthusiasts of emotions to be enjoyed slowly. Cultivation in medium clayey soil at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level.
