  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?
Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupancy status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
  • Is breakfast always included?
No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

  • How can I get help with my booking?
Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
If not clearly indicated in the booking rates or property policy, payments may be requested directly to the property for tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
We invite you to read the property policy or contact us through our contact form for more information.

  • Covid 19 Reservations/Cancellations/Changes of Dates/Refunds:
For reservations made we advise you to keep in mind the risk related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and related government measures. Any requests for cancellation or date changes will be handled based on the policy of the rate chosen at the time of booking and any consumer protection laws. • Covid-19: travel restrictions and advice
MeTour encourages its Partners to follow a careful prevention policy towards the Covid-19 pandemic, promoting those structures with strict sanitization and control protocols and monitors any contagion situations by blocking reservations for those structures or places that are particularly affected. Could be an amazing park, but the locker situation is terrible.
For the most part I had a lot of fun at the park today. Even though it was crowded the wait times for most of the rides were still acceptable (between 45-60 minutes). The operations of the rides were a lot better than expected, especially after reading reviews of the park before. Sadly most of the coasters were operating at full capacity as you could see trains sitting in the maintenance rail. That’s not fault of the staff though, my guess is management wants to keep the capacity low, so more fast passes can be sold.
The prices for drinks, albeit on the higher end for México were ok at 35$ for a can of coke. The food prices are a joke though 200$ for a hot dog? But I guess that’s something have to live with in amusement parks.

But now the part that’s really lowering my rating, the locker situation. I personally think there should be free lockers for your bags and stuff inside the station of every ride, but that’s not the problem here. What really killed my enjoyment and made me leave earlier, was having to stay in line for 15-20 minutes just to get to a locker and no, not just to get a new one, but also to retrieve my bag from the locker I had rented earlier. Also rude staff yelling at customers that only one person is allowed to enter the locker area. Also good luck if you don’t have the exact amount your locker costs inside your pockets, as the machines don’t give change for most of the day and the staff at the lockers, even though they have cash on them for that reason only seem to change your money if they like you.
Next problem was the lack of lockers. In order to ride most of the bigger rides you need to place your bags in a locker which is not necessarily located next to the ride and in case the lockers are sold out? Bad luck, you can’t ride anything anymore. In case you want to make paid lockers mandatory, at least put enough of them in your park your customers can use them.

Another thing that bothered me is that according to staff it is apparently safer to hold your phone in your hands on a coaster then to put it in a box at the station at your own risk. Gladly I had big closable pockets. The luggage boxes at the stations are only for drinks and popcorn purchased at the park for some reason.

I recommend going to this park with a full stomach and absolutely no bags.

Should have been a 4-5 star park, but the locker situation alone lowers it to at most 3 stars.

Disappointed 6 Flags Staff
My Girlfriend daughter birthday was this weekend so we decided to take her to 6 Flags on top of that get the VIP Tickets since we have heard so much it would be like flying first class no waiting just walk right onto the ride and enjoy yourself. When we purchased the VIP Tickets $8,997.00 they told us all the food and beverages were included but they lied to us which is very upsetting because we still would have purchased the VIP but don't lie to just make a sale.

Magical Family Fun
I read many reviews and have to disagree with the majority of all the bad ones. We as a family arrived early at 10am Wednesday and enjoyed all the rides with next to no lines. The Superman, Medusa, Batman, Joker, etc we’re our favorites. We enjoyed every corner of the park, everything was well kept, maintenance was constant on every ride which gave us security, the park was clean and staff was there to secure us in on every ride, they never faltered with security. We bought the Daily Meal Plan and tickets all on line and saved money, and have to say it was worth it because we ordered hamburgers from Johnny Rockets (we couldn’t resist ☺️) a soft drink, and the snack we used for Icee’s and churros, very easy to redeem, no hassle. Lost of bad reviews on how expensive the park is, and I must say it is a theme park things are a bit more expensive than usual (it’s worst at Disney, Knots Berry Farm, etc.) but it’s not excessive. Some quick recommendations; put on sun screen before you arrive a couple of times and hydrate, and buy on line (Six Flags website) Other than that, expect to have FUN 🤩 with the family and create memories! Súper recomendable!

Not what it used to be…
Six Flags Mexico seems to have lost its way. The park is not very clean, a lot of rides are out of order, staff is not as friendly as before and they want to charge extra for absolutely everything.
I used to enjoy going to this park, now not so much. A couple of examples on why below:
- wanted to ride in their better known attractions, both of them closed due to “technical issues”
- made a 45 min line for a ride (Medusa) and got kicked out again for more “issues” with this ride as well
- bought in advance tickets to go to the park for a certain date to find out they were closed that date in reality. Has to. Had to change my plans to be able to go another day. Still do not understand how they can sell ticket online for days they are actually planning to be closed…
-no more shows for older family members available in the park (at least on the day we went)
In general, feel bad that this park that used to be fun and family oriented and seems has taken a turn for the worst.
