  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". My experience at the hotel was one of the worst I've had so far. I had to switch rooms three times. In the first room, the AC was faulty, and despite multiple calls to guest service, it took ten minutes for someone to answer. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, as I found nuts under the table. The second room they moved me to was smaller than the original, and it had mold in the bathroom sink and short hairs. When I approached the duty manager, they were unfriendly. After some time, they changed my room again, but the new room had stains on the carpet. Overall, what was supposed to be a relaxing one-day getaway turned into a nightmare.

Excellent
Perfect hotel, all services were good, friendly. All food also was so good. I really recommend this hotel for staying in Abu Dhabi on vacation and for work both. If you don’t want seaside and pool is enough for you, you should try)

Amazing and super relaxed hotel settings!
The hotel is so gorgeous with its views of the mangroves! And I have to say the highlight of my trip has been the high level of service at the hotel. From the check-in counter to the restaurant / pool deck - everyone at the hotel is so lovely and accommodating. Additionally the spa is excellent, and Maria is potentially one of the best masseuses I've had in the country!

Pathetic experience . The hotel has no service attitude . The front desk staff at night is very inefficient.
The hotel has no service . The front end staff is very inefficient and rude . The manager on duty in evening of 28th March was the only courteous person I met . The manager of the over all facility had no ownership or desire for hotel to improve . From beginnning to end it was a very pathetic experience . Will never recommend anyone to go . Fab stay at the hotel total value for money
The price was great for Half board, food was excellent wide spread, cleanliness of the room was great free upgrade to a superior room was an icing on the cake. Late checkout also was awesome. They have a great GYM and sauna and the swimming pool too is awesome.
