  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?

Overcharged us and ignored
Horrific service. We joined for suhoor at the pavilion for the 279 offer which includes buffet, ramadan juices, soft drinks and moroccan tea and coffee. We enjoyed our time there but when the bill came they charged us for the 2 juices we ordered (lemon mint and watermelon). At NO point did they say these weren't included and on the website it clearly states these juices are included... at least lemon mint and watermelon are classed as ramadan juices in the rest of Dubai. The waiter said they were not included. Contacted restaurant via email and have been ignored Terrible service and greedy.

A wonderful eating experience
Having been to the Mediterraneo Restaurant last year we booked again for dinner earlier this month. The situation overlooks the dancing waters which in itself is a delight. The food presentation is a work of art and the culinary skills of the chef and his colleagues is something extra special. The sous chef, Suraj Singh, remembered us from last year and took a personal interest in us……highly commendable. Our charming table waiter, we had a table for two outside, added to the pleasure of our evening. it was an evening we will long remember.

Outstanding
A rather grandiose venue with tables lined up in a curve, surrounding the semi-open kitchen. Spacious dining area, comfortable sofas, liberal but not excessive usage of gold colour in both interior design and crockery. Luxurious but not boastful.

Two set menus are available alongside the a la carte food menu. The cocktail menu seems rather rudimentary for an 1 Michelin Star restaurant: mostly featuring simple cold infusions (presumably) and a handful of homemade syrup and cordials. Arguably lacking a bit of efforts.

Decided to go with the full 8-course set menu. Excellent bread selection: the brioche stuffed with artichoke purée is phenomenal. Starting with a tart with brunoise mushroom and chestnut purée as amuse bouche. Crunchy, savoury, plus a touch of earthy sweetness. Lovely start.

First course of the menu is a seasonal vegetable salad with buckwheat and pomegranate dressing. Spears of poached vegetables treated with a touch of vinegar, gorgeously plated on a bed of buckwheat. Highly artistic plate.

Vitello & Tonno is served with a twist. Tuna tartare wrapped in a layer of slow-cooked topside veal. Caper powder dusted along the plate, a few dots of parsnip purée, sliced caper and frisée. Delicious.

Risotto cooked with 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, and a drizzle of vintage balsamic vinegar on top. Lovely. It’s exactly what you would expect from a restaurant at this calibre.

Linguine pasta with sea urchin is outstanding. Bell pepper jus, oyster leaf on top. Perfectly savoury and rich.

Astice lobster, lobster bisque reduction, finger lime, carrot purée, and a mille-feuille made with thin slices of carrots. Fantastic lobster bisque. Excellent dish.

The meat main retained the same momentum: marinated lamb saddle, Jerusalem artichoke as both purée and sautéed brunoise, tarragon purée, and hazelnut lamb jus. Everything from the menu has been consistently great so far.

Desserts are served on the terrace, overlooking the Burj Khalifa lake. Pre-dessert consists of citrus granita and orange segments. Typical refreshing pre-dessert and palate cleanser.

Dessert is a sugar sphere filled with vanilla foam, violet crème brûlée, blackcurrant jelly and cassis sorbet. Not a very remarkable dessert. Delicious but not remarkable.

A fantastic dining experience. The plating style and techniques are leaning more towards the old-school European style, and everything was executed perfectly. Outstanding culinary skills and top-notch service standards are to be expected from Armani Ristorante.

Wonderful hospitality!
This is the first time I have received such wonderful hospitality. I came here for dinner on my honeymoon from Japan. Not only the food and the view from the restaurant, but also the service from the staff was great. Money especially for the service I was happy to not only be provided with food, but also to hear stories about the Japanese people from Mohey's home country. At the end of the dinner, I was guided to a seat overlooking the fountain show and was able to enjoy the show to my heart's content, and I was impressed by their thoughtfulness. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.
