Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that reservations made from 01/03/2022 - through any means whatsoever - and until further notice, shall be subject to the Particular Cancellation Policies listed below:
• Reservations are non-refundable.
• In case Guest needs to change the reservation date, the same may be used during 12 (twelve) months following the arrival date.
• If the reservation cancellation made by the Guest - whatever the cause - takes place within 30 days before the date of arrival ( first day of reservation or check-in), such cancellation will not imply any penalty whatsoever by the Hotel, and all the nights reserved shall remain pending in order to be used during the next 12 months.
If Guest cancels the reservation within 29 – 15 days prior to the date of check-in, the Hotel will charge the first night as penalty and the remaining may be used during the following 12 months.
Between 14 – 7 days prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will charge a penalty of 50% of the stay, and the remaining 50% may be used during the following 12 months.
Within 6 days prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the stay.
In case of No Show or reservation cancellation on the date of arrival, Guest will be charged with the full amount of the stay as penalty.
In “High Special” season from 12/26 to 01/02: Up to 60 days before without penalty. From 59 to 30 days 1 night of penalty and the rest to use in 12 months. From 29 days to check-in, 100% penalty
• In case of reschedule, the confirmation of the new date of the trip will be subject to hotel availability.
• If, by express disposition of any applicable Authority, the Hotel is unable to open to the public or if Guest is unable to make the trip / transfer to the Hotel om its place of residence due to any hindrance in land / air routes, the reservation may be rescheduled under the same conditions and, in such case, Guest will not be required to make the change 30 days in advance.
