Great mountain stay
All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfy and clean as were the halls. I was very happy with the breakfast. I had waffles both days I was there 🙂. They had eggs, french toast, fruit, bread, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal etc. I was very impressed with the coffee machine, it gives you so many choices to pick from. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice but the breakfast was a joke
Got a Nice room and the pillows were lovely, the TV though has bad picture quality, permanent waves running through it whenever you watch something.
Plus it’s not the quietest room as they put us next to the maid prep area and we have a baby so not the best choice IMO but the worst thing about this hotel is probably the breakfast and service.
I’ve been to a lot of continental breakfasts in my day and this one was definitely the worst. Not because it wasn’t clean or that they didn’t have a good selection, the “selection” was decent it was just out of stock and no breakfast meat of any kind but that wasn’t what bothered me) their coffee machine wasn’t working, (staff didn’t know how to use it/fix it or even troubleshoot it) needs the internal waist bin to be emptied, (says right on the machine) and the member staff spent like a whole 2 mins trying to “fill it with coffee”. Then gave up without explanation.
Once again, not what the machine needs addressed, and when we asked if we could get some coffee or waffle mix they said well breakfast is almost over and they don’t have anymore. (It was 8:15am and it runs from 7-9…) he asked if I wanted to talk to a manager so I said yes, then he proceeded to ghost us.
so we went to talk to the front desk staff member and she said the manager isn’t here on Sunday mornings, I asked if she could call them and she did, when taking to the manager she informed me what constitutes as a continental breakfast and that the hotel goes above and beyond the requirements…….. 😳 I suppose they’re not required to actually have it in stock they just need to have it as an option in her mind. God only knows.
So to recap, spent $130 for the night, to get no coffee, no waffles, and no F&@&s given by the staff. #notcomingback

Not clean, everything was broken, food was not edible would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
No elevator etc this is a budget motel and only good enough if your just passing through the town.
This is definitely not what I’ve come to expect from a Wyndham resort and frankly Wyndham should be embarrassed.

Great little place
Although the rooms are a wee bit smaller than we are use to, didn’t damper our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows a wee bit small too, staff great and accommodating and the room service fast and the pizza was great

Noisy, unfriendly, unclean breakfast handling in Spice Restaurant eating area
Multiple issues with this very overpriced carpet bag hotel. Blaring music all night. Reception unfriendly. Dim hallways smelling with overdone disinfectant. King bed tips when sitting on it. Unclean food practice with breakfast. Tables all dirty. VERY VERY VERY overpriced.
