nice place, centrally located
We spent just one night in this hotel. The facilities are in a good shape (however, designwise a bit outdated) The staff was friendly and helpfull, assistance for the car was provided. The sigths of Vichy are all within short walking distance. We will definitely return for a longer period to Vichy and will consider to stay here again.

Overpriced treatments
The spa is nice but the treatments are way too expensive. I took a facial that cost 151 € for 75min. Also, the spa therapist arrived too late so the treatment time was even less .I was really expecting something much better for 151 €. The price is outrageous for what you get. I advise you to go there and have a bath and sauna and then find another place to do your treatments.

A pleasure in the heart of France
I just felt in love with a newly dicovered placed in this word. Vichy, its nature, people and spa! The Spa is a very peaceful area..all in white and blue, clean setting, traditional thalasso with local professional expertise. The hotel is a great place to stay in, with a varied and tasty breakfast buffet, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast serves a lot of local products, locallt produced cheese selection (which is my favorite), yogurts and fruits...The surrounding nature is peaceful and relaxing...Worth trying the place at least once!
