What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
How can I cancel or change my booking?

Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Excellent rooms, great food, very good service from the Manager down to the waiter and everyone in between.

I was in Bandhavgarh with my wife and stayed at the Lemon Tree Wildlife Resort. Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The Manager Nagendra Singh had made the bookings for our two safaris. The Safari Drivers (Jeep No. 76 and Jeep No. 135) and the Safari Guides were excellent. And YES, we did see the Tiger and several other animals, including a wild bore and several deers. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. On our first day, we arrived at the hotel at about 3 PM. Mr Nagendra Singh, the manager, told us at the arrival, that though it was late for lunch, but the kitchen was kept open to cater to our needs. The F&B person came tour room to take our order for snacks and food and delivered it forthwith. Every day the food (breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) at the restaurant was excellent. Even the packed breakfast for the safari was very good. They even catered to our specific need of very mild food without hesitation, by giving us freshly cooked meals. Must Thank, the F&B Manager (Uday Bhan) and the waiter (Rajesh) for excellent service. I will recommend this hotel to every one.

Lemon Tree Bandhavgarh -The Best Hospitality Partner for our 3 Nights Corporate Group.

Royal Escape Travels LLP is an Event Management Company & we also Organize Tailor made Leisure Packages for our high-end Leisure clients.
We conducted a group of 50 People at Lemon Tree Bandhavgarh & the experience was flawless. The hotel manager Mr. Anil Namdeo is very co-operative and he was quite prompt in reverts or last minute requests. At first we were finding it difficult with their open space to organize a Corporate Event - Specially with set-up of Screens & Projector in an open lawn. However in no-time the space was converted to a proper formal meeting Venue in the rustic surroundings of long Bamboo trees & neat seating arrangement just the way the Corporate expected it to be.
During the visit I had inspected other hotels too, however this property offers the best quality accommodation along with professional staff & great Ambience & we are fortunate enough to have shortlisted this venue for the group in Bandhavgarh.
Their rooms are spacious & modern, Staff is prompt. Food quality is good & food was served hot even on the day when the event was extended, the hotel did not raise any objection & extended best hospitality - unlike other hotels that we have experienced.
Would like to make a special mention of their F&B manager - Karan who was on his toes during the event & their front office manager - Nagendra who ensured the group had a smooth Check-in & Check-out. The keys were ready before our arrival & there was an express check-in in no time as we had already provided the hotel the groups ID cards.

Amazing stay at Lemon tree, Bandhavgarh

Our stay at Lemon Tree, Bandhavgarh was Beautiful and peaceful. It is definitely one of the best hotel in Bandhavgarh, surrounded by lovely forest . The property is Lush green and very clean with spacious room.
Our special Thanks to the front desk Manager - Nagendra Chauhan. He has been very helpful and kind throughout our stay.
Another Thanks to Karan (Restaurant Manager) and his team Ram, Uday Bhan Yadav,Santosh, Rajesh
Chef - Sukhendra, Murli, Sujan who made sure we never missed our food and the food quality was amazing and fresh. A variety of food was served every single day and we always looked forward to having our meals .

Awesome stay at Lemon Tree Bandhavgarh

Lemon tree Bandhavgarh resort is situated very close to Tala Core Zone in Bandhavgarh. The hotel is spread over 6 acres of lush greenery and has around 33 cottage rooms. The best part of Lemon Tree is the service and the employees who provide this service. Employees of the hotel are very tenured and polite who create a positive bond with guests by sharing their knowledge of Jungle and vicinity which helps to soak in the Bandhavgarh ecosystem. I would like to thank Lemon Tree manager Nagendra Chauhan who helped us from start to end and made sure that our stay was pleasant. He is a customer focused manager who makes sure to understand the needs and support guests throughout. I would like to thank Restaurant Manager Karan and his dedicated team- Uday, Ram, Rajesh, Santosh, Sukhendra, Murli and Sujan for catering a wide variety of vegetarian food items. Special thanks to Munim who took care of our transport and entertained us with jungle stories and Ram Niranjan from housekeeping team. Final thanks to Hotel GM Anil for your management. What an amazing stay at lemon tree Bandhavgarh, stayed many Amazing hotels before but I must say this is something everyone should try if traveling to bandhavgarh, Superb hospitality, Amazing Staff, would definitely try to revisit again with my family, I would like to thank Mr.Ram Prakash,Napit, Santosh from fnb for their Amazing hospitality, also like to mention Mr.Shiva & Mr.Karan for arranging everything and making our stay special.
