Worst Hotel in India
Don't book this hotel ever, all the staff are unprofessional and they tell lie. I booked this hotel through yatra.com and changed 1000 for 2 night. It's worst experience of hotel in life. No any amenities are maintained , even room as well. Like bathroom are broken and washbasin, cumboard are broken. This hotel makes people fool. I request to all booking channel like yatra.com, MMT, GOIBIBO etc. you investigate this hotel because here hotel staff are always telling lie. Don't disappoint your customers. Black list this hotel

Not so good anymore :(
This hotel seems to have been good in the past, but has been completely neglected, it has so much potential if the owners just put on a fresh coat of paint, pressure clean their bathrooms, clean their outdoors regularly for cobwebs!
Unfortunately the area outside the hotel streets are also neglected and littered with trash, they should push the city to cleanup as well.
On the positive side staff is very polite, food is good in their restaurant and the swimming pool is good to hang out.
The guests were annoyingly loud till 3 am and we couldn’t sleep most of the nights, wish staff would be strict on keeping quite timings on the premises.

Beach hotel
Nice property but could have been maintained well. Hygiene is the major issue. May be the reason could be that it is only 200 metres away from the beach and therefore the guests go to the beach and come back barefoot, bringing dust along with them. Whatever may be the reason, it is expected that the hotel of this calibre should ensure complete neatness and hygienic conditions throughout the property. A number of tourists visit this property and the ambience and the variety at the coffee shop also needs substantial upgradation. Good for a short stay.

Nightmare
It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel.
On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight.
In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter.
After breakfast I approached the manager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood.
I spoke to the manager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel.
Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

bad service with over charges
very bad hotel with all scam and they trying over charges with us .i never recommed this hotel to any one ,all the hotel staff are cheater , they not have restaurant .food also not good room are so dirty ,
