  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

Not worth for money
Not worth for money..if you want to stay at the mall road,select this hotel or else can go for mayflower or other good resorts..restuarant needs improvement..add more varities in breakfast and dinner..i stayed in ramada in other places and know about their food quality and taste..

One of the best places to stay and eat in Darjeeling!
This is a very good place to stay. Rooms are excellent and very clean. They timely clean the room with exceptional perfection. The breakfast and dinner was awesome. When people are few, they take individual orders where you can order anything! When people staying are more, they have buffet system which has some great food options!
Overall one of the best places to stay in Darjeeling.

Best hotel in Darjeeling
Wonderful stay at Ramada Darjeeling
It was a group visit and everyone is happy. Food and service is best someone can expect. Bakul da and the whole restaurant team made it possible. It was a two night stay this time. Visited many times before, everytime it's better hospitality than before.

Restaurant at Ramada darjeeling was great
Enjoyed the food the services was very good n most of the requests were fulfilled always very helpful n courteous also always checking the taste of food was as per our request as we wanted very mild n less spicy will recommend mr Bakul n his team for the sane n wish him all the best for the future

Overall Good
Overall good but there's still room for improvement.

Pros - Good food, prompt room service, very well behaved and polite staff.

Cons - Room service does not cleanup the rooms unless explicitly notified, bathroom light and bedroom light are linked, jetflasher does not have hot water option in a place where temperatures hit as low as 1 degree celcius. These 3 things should be worked on, for a better customer experience.
