In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
- How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Great happy resort
Fantastic everything and everyone! The staff was kind, discreet and efficient, the villas well looked after and super comfy and the food delicious, so fresh.
We had a great time all-around, a marvellous stay and will take the first opportunity to come back.

Amazing Place and Service!
Location - excellent on the lake shore, super peaceful and gorgeous sunsets!
Resort - amazing food, massive pool and service! The fish and seafood was amazing.
Staff - super helpful, attentive and very accommodating! We were a group of 40 and they managed it all very well.
Overall - 5/5. This is a great resort with great food and service. I would recommend it to anyone going to Kumarakom.

Superb place to relax
An excellent place to stay. Lovely cottages next to a great pool. The boat trip on the lagoon is well worth it.
The food was delicious and staff super-helpful. Garden areas well cared for and kept spotless at all times.
No complaints.
Can't wait to come again!

Nice spot to relax in the pool and enjoy a backwater sunset
The location is great. Highlight of the resort is the pool that extends all the way to the backwater. The pool side cottage are great. The spa experiences was good with competent staff.
The restaurant is average. Doesn’t promote the local cuisine as much. The breakfast lack optionsThe evening tea shop with snacks was brilliant. The staff is very friendly and courteous
The resort lack in house activities however they were very helpful organizing activities from local vendors

Loved it!
Just returned home from a visit to Kumarakom. It was beautiful! The resort was great and the staff was so friendly. Enjoyed a nice day at the spa! The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable- always a plus! Definitely recommend!
