  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

Fantastic experience
View from room was beautiful loved it and food was fantastic from South Indian to North Indian ,Italian food was also delicious ,,
Staff where very helpful They arranged all the facilities whatever u need and must try this hotel at least once if u go to Rishikesh..

Not bad !
It is a good option for a short trip. The entry towards the hotel is through a narrow lane, that’s awkward, but once you are inside the hotel premises it is good. Rooms were properly maintained, but the views from the balcony are not something you will enjoy as there are so many buildings around.
But you can still get a river view room and get a good view of Ganga and watch the rafts float away.
Parking is a good 300 meter away, it is a public parking but space is reserved for the hotel.
Food was good, no complaints. We had breakfast and a dinner. They had music night, good addition. The singer invited some of the music enthusiasts from the guests to share the stage, overall a good experience.

Most comfortable and clean room in India! Totally recommended!!
We visited bedzz hostel with friends.
It was an amazing experience.
Most comfortable stay and clean room we got in India by far!

Everything was so tidy and clean, room was super spacious, lockers for luggage as well. There were no towels, but there were shampoos, toilet paper, hairdryer and everything.
Employeers were friendly and assisted us with everything. They also provided a buggage storage after check out.

Would definitely recommended it!

Good Stay - Beautiful property.
Pros :
- Very Clean.
- Good Veg Breakfast.
- Roof top live Music every day.
- View from Roof top is amazing.
- Staff behaviour.
- Property is small but nicely done.

Cons:
- Small rooms.
- Parking is approx 300 mtr away from hotel. you need to walk. so old people should avoid. though they help you with luggage transfer.
- River view is not a full river view and it gets partially blocked by the property in front, but still worth it.

Final say : if you get it in price range of 2-3K this is good.

Bedzzz hotel in holy places
Amazing Hotel i reached during the Rishikesh tour.do not miss this place at Rishikesh, beautiful view from roof top cafe(Travel Diaries) and Tasty Food with warm and smiling service.
Front office team is very cooperative (Anjali and Dipika).
Neat and clean Rooms. Thanks to Mr Rana and Semwal and Sandeep who helped with luggage from the parking lot to the hotel.
All the team are very courteous.
Thanks to Mr Kumar for Making our Holiday memorable as we celebrate our Son Birthday.
