  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Hotel is a big scammer
This hotel is a big scammer, to charge extra money from the customer, they can cancel your online bookings without your consent with lame excuses, personally and strongly recommending to not to book this hotel from online mode.

Terrible place
This place is absolutely awful! They take massive deposits from you then let your room out to someone else! We had to book in somewhere else at our expense (Hi Tide, fabulous place) then go back to Royal Woods the day after. No hot water then no water at all so we decided to check out. No refunds given. Place is dirty, beds are grubby, towels are threadbare, bathroom was disgusting then no water at all!

Rooms are horrendous and manager is rude
At check in we were seen to by the manager who is a rude man with no customer service skills. Booked ahead on booking.com and he seemed very confused about how to check us in. Paid extra for a sea view which is up a very unstable staircase and when you are up there it feels very unsafe. Room had a terrible smell which seemed to come and go, dread to think what the smell was.

Bar and restaurant staff were all lovely and polite and are the single best thing about the place.

Manager said to leave a review which I said I was happy to and then he asked me to do it there and then! I'm sure he will be happy to see this one and all the other 1/2 star reviews. Always check TripAdvisor!!

Close to beach but quite spartan
After our original accommodation cancelled 24 hours before we departed for Goa this was a last minute stand in and it was certainly that. Very basic hut with showers and that was it! For what we got it was over priced but as it was just 20 meters from the beach we managed as all we did was sleep in the chalet. Better properties available locally for a similar price

Cheated and lied to!!
I had booked double deluxe room with balcony and sea view for 1 night last week at a much higher rate than normal. As required by the website, i provided my credit card details so that they can complete the payment.
When i called to confirm booking they said they didn't get booking details.then manager called Sheru said a cyclone came and damaged the room so they cant give us the best room of the hotel. So they cancelled our booking and asked us to stay in adjacent hotel O3 BEACH RESORT. The payment was way higher than shown online and insisted on taking cash. the room was right on the beach but very small and none of the locks in the door were working. Imagine Security tension at night. But the worst thing, we see a family happily chilling in the same room we had booked in royal wood beach resort. THEY HAD GIVEN OUR BOOKED ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE AND LIED RIGHT TO OUR FACE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CYCLONE. JUST A BUNCH OF LIES TO FOOL US.
