A horrible, hot ripoff
Atrocious hotel, avoid it. On a warm, humid day in April, we made our way to this hotel and arrived hot and tired. However, the hotel refused to allow us to turn on the air conditioner, even though their website clearly boasts that each room has its own AC control. That is a lie. The system wasn't broken. They just don't let you use it in April. The room was very warm, and they said we should just open the window. In Naples! That actually made the room hotter, and it lets in a cacophony of motorcycles, horns, cars, planes, people yelling, smoke, and mosquitoes. Also, you are being ripped off if you pay for a "superior room." They will just put you in the same standard crackerbox that looks nothing like their lying website. We moved to a different room off the street, but it was still miserably hot and loud all night. The front desk staff was no help, and neither was worthless Wyndham. Did I mention it is also very expensive? I would rather sleep in the train station than stay here again.

It’s in the ghetto! Beware!
We flew into Rome from Dubrovnik and then took a train from FCO to Napoli Centrale. We booked this hotel for a night because we were getting into Napoli late in the evening and this is a good American brand, right next to the station. We were going to Positano the next day. The walk from the station was quite scary. Lots of shady looking characters hanging around looking at the tourists scurrying past. I could not believe that this was the hotel we were staying at. Once we got in, the girl at the front desk was very pleasant and checked us in. The room itself was in pretty sad shape. Wallpaper was stained and peeling off. Carpet was dirty and the mattress was bent like a hammock! The bathroom was ok if you ignore the dated toilet and shower tub. Linens were fresh and clean. Water pressure and temperature were excellent. Breakfast was good.
They do need to invest some money into this hotel and spiff it up a bit. But unfortunately this is in the middle of a ghetto and there’s not much that can be done about that.

Wonderful service
The service my partner and I received was amazing. The front desk servers were so helpful and were very polite. Breakfast service was amazing, the options we had was plentiful however what really stood out for us were the servers, one in particular, her name was Annalia. She greeted us every morning with a big smile, a wonderful personality and always asked if we wanted a coffee when we walked in. It was an absolute pleasure seeing her in the mornings. On a site note, the rooms are outdated and the plugs in the sinks don’t really work properly.

Dilapidated dirty hotel with an attitude. The entry and reception desk has one fooled for what’s beyond. My room was run down with peeling wall paper, dirty carpet, moldy bathroom with a non functional shower. Avoid this place, the management could care less about the set up, like you’re the problem!

Brilliant experience💕
10/10. Last year August, my family & I went to Naples in Italy, and if somebody asked me how the trip was, I would describe Naples as homely and this hotel is mainly the reason why I say so. Whenever I go on holiday, I look forward to the hotel and where I will stay for the time being, and I was blown away when I saw this. I felt like a royal princess when I saw the accommodation and comfort that was provided. Since I have a family of 6, the receptionist gave us 2 rooms (my 2 sisters and 1 in one room, and my parents with my little brother in the other). From the personal safes in the wardrobes to the luxurious showers and bathrooms, I can proudly say that I want to live in that hotel forever. Aside from my overall review, some perks are that the hotel is right by the Napoli Centrale metro and railway station (the metro in the station brings you straight to the city centre). On our first night there, we found a very fancy square right by the station with wonderful Italian restaurants and air bnbs. A supermarket was very close by too which came in handy as well. The hotel also offers a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. Overall, I loved this hotel and I’d love to go back anytime.
