Okay stay...
Check in / out were smooth. Comes with valet parking. Location is generally good. Has a convenience store right outside which was great for us. Room has 1 double and 1 single bed.
Check in staffs generally lack enthusiasm. They addressed our queries but offered nothing more. Even with masks on, I could see their nonchalant responses, like they rather be somewhere else. Room is quite small and hardly has enough space for 2 mid size luggages. They did not provide floor mat for the bathroom so it got wet after shower which can be dangerous.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. They offer nice and clean rooms, our was with the city view. The staff is coureous and helpful. They also arrange taxis at short notice for Jeju excursion and try their level best to provide information.
Food at the restaurant mostly caters to Korean taste though there are other options as well.
There is a convenience store in the vicinity of the hotel and coffee shops such as Holly and Mega Coffee alongwith KFC and McDonalds are in close proximity.

Only stayed here for 1 night due late arrival.
looks like a hotel which caters to tour groups. quite old hotel judging from the hotel and room interiors. Dont understand why ii is ranked #1 jeju hotel at tripadvisor. I opted for it due only need a night's sleep and an early morning checkout and it was 20000 won cheaper than another hotel which I wanted to try Overall, I will not stay here again if I come back to Jeju.
turn left from hotel entrance, there are quite a few eating places including a 24hr soondubu restaurant whose food is above average (the Chinese lady staff was kind and helpful (10 Nov). Also a Tom n Tom coffee outlet.

looks like a hotel which caters to tour groups. quite old hotel judging from the hotel and room interiors. Dont understand why ii is ranked #1 jeju hotel at tripadvisor. I opted for it due only need a night's sleep and an early morning checkout and it was 20000 won cheaper than another hotel which I wanted to try Overall, I will not stay here again if I come back to Jeju.
turn left from hotel entrance, there are quite a few eating places including a 24hr soondubu restaurant whose food is above average (the Chinese lady staff was kind and helpful (10 Nov). Also a Tom n Tom coffee outlet.

Clean well appointed room
This hotel is more in the business area rather than tourist area so the staff are not equipped to help tourists as well as expected. Probably better to stay in the Ramada by the waterfront. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable and well appointed.

Average Stay with Issues
You get what you paid for. The prices are very good in terms of the location. The room itself is clean and well appointed. Housekeeping did a great job each day while we stayed for 3 nights. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel with multiple lines. Several restaurants and a 711 right next to the lobby.
We did, however, encountered several issues:
1. Came to check in at about 1:40. The front desk staff insisted that we would need to pay an early fee for checking in 20 minutes early. Have never experienced anything like this. I can understand a fee for checking in during the morning. But only 20 minutes early and you have plenty rooms vacant?
2. We were assigned a floor facing the main street on the 3rd floor, even though we specifically requested a quiet room in the reservation notes. Not sure if they assign rooms based on where you booked your reservation or the passports you used to check in. Again we stayed when the hotel was fairly empty.
3. During check out, asked if we could store our bags at the front desk. The lady just pointed to a cart in the corner of the lobby. No tags to put in the bag, no storage rooms, and no explanations.
There are many choices when travelling to Jeju. I won't be back.
