Buena experiencia
Todo muy bien, un lugar muy limpio la alberca con agua climatizada, se siente acogedor en las habitaciones, el servicio todos muy amables rico desayuno a todos nos gustaron los waffles y agradeciendo en especial a Daniel que nos atendió muy bien

Gran experiencia
La estadía en el hotel fue excelente. El desayuno muy variado y el personal de cocina es muy amable y atento, especialmente Esther la cocinera.

Es una gran opción si es un viaje en el que tengan automóvil porque está algo retirado de otros puntos. En auto todo queda a 15-20 minutos.

Lo único que podrían mejorar sería las cobijas en las camas, porque son muy delgaditas.

Bonito!
A mi familia y a mi nos gusta mucho venir aquí, las habitaciones son bonitas y están limpias además de que tienen un gran servicio muy amable en todas las áreas, nos gusta que la alberca esté techada aunque el agua puede llegar a estar un poco fría, en general una gran experiencia!

Una muy buena opción si llegas a venir a SLP
Desde que vi las imágenes en su página me llamo mucho la atención y los buenos comentarios que había, confirmo lo anterior, muy buenas instalaciones, excelente atención en especial de la Sra. Esther, el menú del desayuno muy completo, mis hijos no dejaron rastro 🤭, el único pero es que el agua de la alberca estaba fría 🥶, ojalá pongan atención para que todo esté de 💯.

Wonderful property
Wonderful property. They have excellent staff, very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and even with the room being a little smaller than what I'm used to, the room set up was perfect. Love the security of the parking lot. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Okay Hotel… Hard to Find
After driving around aimlessly for an hour, I finally found this hidden hotel… I passed many similar hotels and would have stayed in one of them had I not already having a reservation. Also didn’t like that every time I wanted to use the elevators I had to wait for the ornery security guard to unlock the elevator doors. The guard insisted that the elevators were slow because guests push all the buttons.

The best place to stay in for Road Trips
The best cost-benefit ratio for a short stay or road trip. Specially for those trips and places where one is planning to spend the whole day visiting places in the city or nearby. And main prupose of the selected hotel is to acomplish confortness and cleaness for arriving and spending night

Happy visit
The hotel is new and great for what it costs. First the good, very good price, nicely sized room, good TV service, bathroom very nice, having self laundry is great. The bad, there is no wash cloth in the bathroom, coffee is not great, there was a water leak in the lobby, but stuff like that happens all the time. Recommendation: no need for two people at the reception at 10-11 PM which is very slow time for the hotel, so save your money, since there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel a mini fridge is a must have in the rooms.

Excellent choice
New, very neat and clean, silent, inside warm pool up to 10PM, rooms big enough for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Room service for dinner was quick although we ordered a couple of no sugary drinks, they brought the regular cans, not a big deal tough.
Courtesy breakfast is actually very good: chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh juice, bread, fruit etc. Very nice staff always willing to help. We had a very good time for an excellent price in our way back home. We will stay here again for sure in our next road trip.
