  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

nice hotel in a great location for the town
I was here for a meeting held in the hotel. The facilities were very good. The room was simple and clean. Breakfast was good and served in a pleasant dining room. It was a good base to explore the old town.

Overnight stay
I stayed here as part of a group tour. It was our last stop prior to returning to the UK. I agree with previous reviews that I have just seen that this hotel has a really bad toilet smell in public areas. It is quite bad and off putting. I was pleased to say this did not apply to our bedroom. The rooms are functional and clean with nice showers and plenty electric sockets after being in the mountains for 5 days. It was very near to town just a 5 minute walk. There is a fridge in the reception area that sells beers and cold drinks too. Avoid busy times for breakfast, I queued for 20 minutes for a hot water to make tea as only one machine for tea & coffee!

Except the location, nothing else worths the money
We have booked in a kind of emergency due to change in plans while traveling. It was available on short notice and it is central position, walking distance from the City Centre and Carrefour.
Otherwise, although the rooms look clean, there is permanent toilet smell everywhere. The hotel does not have elevator although has family apartment at the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is a former attic that has not proper windows...ok for a night stay but frustrating for longer. Other shortage is the lack of amenities in the room.
The breakfast is of a very poor choice but it is priced as premium.
The personnel is nice and friendly and this makes the stay little bit more pleasant.
I would not recommend the hotel if you want to feel good.

It is ok
The hotel is very simple and has everything you need. Rooms are clean and tidy. The view from the room was not interesting, we looked at the breakfast salon, but since we were just a night out and did not mind so much. If we were longer, it would have bothered me. The breakfast was quite good, nothing special, but still has everything you want.

No way
Even though this hotel seems to be really nice, reality is a little bit different. Rooms are renovated however nothing special. Our bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled disgusting probably due to moisture.
