- What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
- How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorisation block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Nice long weekend
It was a good experience in general. Very nice staff. Great wellness and spa services. My special thanks to masseur Ahmet.
But the hotel needs to be renovated, at least new furniture is needed. And it would be great to be able to see names of the dishes during breakfast or dinner. Currently it seems to be overpriced.

Wonderful trip
We loved to the restaurant’s foods and stuffs. Also the chef whose name is baran is very kind. we asked for a soup receipt and he even comes to our table and politely respond our questions. Also I want to say the foods are clean and fresh.

The best thermal hotel I've been to so far
Wonderful experience. Not too busy. Thermal pool was great and it was pure thermal water from the mountains, not mixed. Food was very good and fresh. The views were incredible. Ahmet the male masseuse was brilliant. Overall service was very good and we were very happy with everything.

Outstanding hotel with friendly staff
Outstanding hotel and by far one of the best customer service one can get. The hotel location is very quite and relaxing in Yalova... The room was very nice and quiet.
We were tired after a very long flight. Everybody quickly recognized what we need and offered help to us.
All the staff were working really hard to meet our expextations. Definitely coming back.
