Needs help
Don’t be fooled by the name. There are plenty of other choices on the NorthShore to choose from. This is an excellent construction worker hotel but not so great for travelers who have some expectations of quality. Very disappointing.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Terrible customer service. Management and staff are completely incompetent. The customer is NEVER right at this hotel. I have frequently visited this hotel and every time there is a mistake made by the staff(which happens a lot) they will not correct it. Recently called to see if we could use our open swim pass/punch card and was told we could use up the card we had, but could not purchase another. When we got to the hotel, the staff would not let us swim or get any kind of refund on the punch card. Now I have 2 very disappointed little girls.

Charged me additional money 4 days later
The itinerary quoted us $355 for one night including fees and taxes. Checking in they charged $380 and told us “that’s the cost now” so apparently it changes after booking? Then watch your credit card because 4 days later, an additional $25 was charged to our card. Steer clear of this place, it’s definitely not nice enough for that kind of price!

Way overpriced
Room was ok, nothing special. Just a typical motel room.
The view from the rooms is either a gas station on one side or a cemetery on the other. No elevator.
Hard to believe they charge about $300 per night for a room here.

Great place to stay before heading farther north.
We enjoyed our stay, and the only suggestion is to improve the lighting and plug-ins for computer, phone, iPad, etc. We stayed for two nights and felt like this was a good choice. If you are planning to go on up to Grand Mariah this is a good place to stay. Enjoy all of the beauty!
