Employees are more important than guests.
When there was no place to park they forced me to change parking place because some employee can't park his car. It was not a suply but a very important manager. I had to park in additioanal parking down the hill. The road was very slippery and it was very hard for me to go there with my 2 years old child. This manager was very unpleasant. They didn't even give me time to finish my meal.

Just a lunch
We only went for lunch in this place. And during this period there were not many clients and the place looked “deserted “ with only a waiter on site who was not the most friendliest . But he did his job and took the orders and brought our food. I liked my fish dish and the others seemed to be fine with theirs. The restaurant capacity is big and they have the possibility to accommodate large numbers . The interior is nice although a bit dark. But maybe that’s because there was not much natural light and they didn’t switch the lights. Overall a fine place with potential to be better.

Pleasant place to stay
We jut used the hotel for bed and breakfast for a couple of days.It's about five minutes' walk from the square, from which there are frequent busesto plenty of place.
Our room wa clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast first class. We didn't use their sauna or pool this time, so can't report on them, but we will be staying here again.

Very bad
We made a reservation for 9 persons and when we arrived they had sold the table to other people and then tried to made us have dinner next to the bowling place. No excuse but just saying we do not have another place. This is the second time this restaurant screws up, last year the service was terrible also. We won’t give them a third change.

Der Service hat im Hotel stark nachgelassen
Ich war nun das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und mußte feststellen, dass fast das gesamte Personal ausgetauscht worden ist. Die gewünschten Zimmer haben wir trotz einer frühen Buchung und schriftlichen Zusage, nicht bekommen. Teilweise war das neue Personal unfreundlich und nicht mehr so hilfsbereit wie bei meinen ersten beiden Besuchen. Der Zimmerservice ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, so das die Zimmer nur einmal während meines ein wöchigen Aufenthaltes staubgesaugt wurden.
Außerdem spielten bis in den späten Abend viele Kinder (12 Kinder) lautstark in den Fluren vor meiner Zimmertür.
