Inside
Attic loft, an oasis of calm and relaxation, a cloud bed with a window to the stars, a large kitchen and a bath for two. Under the roof of a belle époque house. Independent, contact-free check-in. Thoroughly clean. Convenient location for visiting all of Ticino. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, bakery, motorway entrance, paid and free municipal parking nearby and possibility of loading/unloading luggage outside the house. Idea for a couple. For groups of 3 or 4 people please note that there will only be thin mattresses in the lounge area. Only recommended for families with children or young people up to 20 years old. The "Santa Petronilla" loft is an attic space with exposed wooden beams and several windows in the ceiling. The bathroom has a large bathtub for two people. In contact with the kitchen there is a nice round wooden table and comfortable antique chairs. In the living room there are two comfortable armchairs and in the sleeping area there is a beautiful "cloud" bed that invites you to rest and dream. The space is very intimate, ideal for a couple in need of peace and quiet and who appreciate refined and romantic environments. Please note that the shower is built into the bath and may be difficult to access for those with mobility problems. There are bars, restaurants, bakery and shops within walking distance. Communal car parks are very close by, some are chargeable and others are free. The access is independent, you will find the keys in a key box and the code will be communicated to you before your arrival. The cleaning is very thorough and the staff is local. A few steps away you will find typical Ticino grotti with regional specialities and restaurants with Mediterranean specialities where you can enjoy fresh fish dishes, as well as various other offers. The price of your stay does not include the tourist tax of Fr. 3.00 per night per person (from 14 years). Included in this price, to be paid during your stay, is the Guest Card Ticino, which offers attractive discounts on various tickets such as other means of transport (cable cars, funiculars), entrance to museums, parks, lidos, swimming pools, wellness centres and other leisure and entertainment centres. The village of Biasca is a small non-tourist agglomeration of 19th century character, with some buildings derived from Ticino rustic architecture and others less beautiful from the 1960s. A few steps away is the beautiful 16th-century Cavalier Pellanda house, now converted into art exhibition spaces. House rules: We kindly ask you not to smoke inside our house. We invite our guests to remove their shoes in the flat. Before leaving please make sure to turn off the lights and close the windows. Before checking out we ask you to wash dishes and pots and put everything on the shelves and leave the flat in order as found. In the basement we have an area for recycling: (glass, pet, iron/alu and paper) and for rubbish. We ask you to have common sense and adopt a quiet and discreet behaviour, especially at night, after 10pm or during siesta time.
