Lovely flat in quiet urbanisation, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, well connected to places of interest, marinas, Marbella centre, golf courses, etc.

Charming flat with beautiful views, fully equipped with everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Including washing machine, coffee machine, induction cooker, air conditioning and central heating and sunny terrace with dining table.

The main terrace contains a dining table and sun a lot of the day, with various awnings for when you want more shade.

There is a small terrace from the bedroom.

The surrounding gardens are lovely and well kept. There are swimming pools, including one which is open all year round and heated in winter, and a poolside restaurant.

The flat is located in an area full of restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Golden Beach (one of the best in Marbella). There are two small supermarkets and cafes next to the urbanisation.

It is about 10-15 minutes drive to the beautiful historic centre of Marbella and shopping area of La Cañada, and a little further to the famous Puerto Banus, Marbella Club and Puente Romano where you can find the rich and famous.

You can take buses to the centre of Marbella or Fuengirola where you can connect to other places.
