Immerse yourself in the charm of our beautiful "Pendling" flat, a jewel located directly on Lake Thiersee in Tyrol. Enjoy the unique experience of having a marvellous lake view directly from the flat. Our flat is not only an ideal retreat for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, but also offers direct access to a wide range of leisure activities in both summer and winter.
The 45 m² flat is located on the 1st floor and is lovingly furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a cosy living room with a kitchenette and a flatscreen TV, as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The entrance hall is also equipped with a cloakroom. The highlight is the furnished balcony or sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing. Breakfast can be booked on site on request and a sauna is also available for a fee.
Outside, you will find a beautifully designed terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the idyllic view. There is also a charcoal barbecue at your disposal. The country-style guest house has its own access to the lake, which can be shared and gives you free access to the beach. Car parking is available directly at the house.
The area around the flat offers something for everyone. Water lovers will get their money's worth in the heated outdoor swimming pool in Kufstein, while the nearby Spar supermarket provides self-catering facilities. Numerous restaurants, a pizzeria and cafés in the village invite you to make culinary discoveries. In addition, the proximity to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, the Thiersee Schneeberg family ski area and the cross-country ski trail right by the house offer a wide range of activities for winter sports enthusiasts.
Make your holiday active or relaxed, according to your taste. Use our own rowing boat, a SUP board subject to availability, explore the surrounding area with the mountain bikes provided or enjoy the free internet (WLAN). We also cater for our younger guests: winter children's sledges, a toboggan run by the house and a curling rink by the lake ensure unforgettable moments.
