Discover the magical atmosphere of Ascona in our well-kept 3-room duplex flat "Cà dal Dolz". Located in the heart of this picturesque village, this comfortable accommodation on 2 floors with 60 m² of living space offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. From the three balconies, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains and experience unforgettable moments in this idyllic setting.

The interiors are cosy and functional. In the living area, a dining table, cable TV, radio and WLAN ensure your comfort and relaxation. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds - ideal for families or a small group of friends. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and has a coffee machine (Nespresso capsules), a kettle, a hob with oven and a fridge. A bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet completes the interior of the flat.

Outside, the three balconies are particularly enchanting, each of which offers a spectacular view; breathe in the fresh air over Lake Maggiore and the majestic mountains. These exclusive views from the outside of your accommodation allow you to enjoy the natural beauty of the region to the full.
