This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Puerto de la Cruz, just a few minutes from the famous Loro Parque and Playa Jardín. It has private access, which can be used either via the garage or the main entrance from the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and offer a total area of 90 square metres.

Upon entering the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen that will fulfil all your culinary needs during your stay, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a separate guest WC. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and offers entertainment through a Smart TV with international satellite channels as well as free WiFi. From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun and admire the view of Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque. There are two sun loungers and a table with four chairs on the terrace.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Towels and beach towels are provided for your comfort. We can also provide baby travel cots and highchairs free of charge on request - please let us know in advance.

This accommodation is ideal for those who need to work remotely as it has a 600Mbps fibre optic internet connection for fast uploads and downloads.

The pool is for 4 units and is heated to 27ºC in the cooler months.
