Situated in the Bayahibe Dominicus residential complex, in a private villa divided into several independent flats, this cosy flat is located on the first floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the tropical garden. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two persons, complete kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower and bidet. The colourful, well-equipped kitchen has all utensils, a large fridge, and is equipped with every comfort: flat-screen cable TV, safe, ceiling fans, doors and windows with mosquito nets and grilles, bed linen and towels. Free wifi connection; air conditioning on request. The villa consists of 9 flats and is a small condominium that can accommodate up to 30 people. It is possible to use all the furnished outdoor spaces to eat outside or to relax and even take a shower before returning to the house. Villa Preciosa has staff on site at the service of guests for every need. THE PRICE INCLUDES TAXES, WIFI, HOUSEHOLD LINEN, ON-SITE ASSISTANCE. AGREED AIRPORT TRANSFERS ON REQUEST.

The villa consists of 9 flats (4 one-room, 4 two-room and 1 three-room) and can accommodate from 2 to 30 guests.

Villa Preciosa is located in the Dominicus Americanus residential complex, which is a beautiful residential area named after Playa Dominicus, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea. The always calm sea, the shallow waters, the white sand, the transparent water and the always warm temperature make this stretch of coast the sunniest in the entire Dominican Republic, thanks to the special microclimate of this area. Dominicus Americanus is also located close to the Este National Park, a protected area that safeguards Isla Saona, an uncontaminated island that is a favourite destination for many tourists who come from all over the world to spend a day on its splendid beaches, swimming in its crystal-clear waters and admiring its incredible marine fauna and flora. The residential area is only 25 km away from La Romana airport and about 100 km from Punta Cana and Santo Domingo airports and 30 km from the city of La Romana and 35 km from Higuey, respectively. Villa Preciosa is located in the immediate vicinity of all the attractions of Dominicus Americanus: Playa Dominicus 50mt, the pedestrian area with its bars, restaurants, shops (100mt), diamond casino (300mt).
