FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included in the booking?
No, it depends on the rate and the facility if it is organized to offer it. The information regarding breakfast is specified in the description of the accommodation rate, in the summary before booking. Check carefully before booking what is included or not and the type of service offered. What you booked will then be summarized in the confirmation email received from MeTour.it.

Some types of services may be subject to availability and for this reason we recommend that you contact the property directly as soon as possible.

  • What should I do if upon arrival I am assigned a room different from the one I booked?
Bring a printed copy of your reservation with you and make your demonstrations directly to the facility staff in charge of check-in. If this is not enough to resolve the situation, immediately contact MeTour.it customer service, providing the reservation details and the description of the problem.

Perfect getaway
We ended up turning our 1 night reservation into a 3 night stay, and it was worth every extra minute.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and accommodating. A very quaint and beautiful setting above the main town, with awesome view.

Awful
Awful hotel. Needs a major renovation and hasn’t seen a paint brush in years. Breakfast was marginal, with s broken egg boiler. The room is tired, with a motley of furnishings from the 1960s snd 70s. No hairdryer. The balcony door cannot be set open in a tilt mode.

Totale Absteige

Absolute Frechheit! Das Allerletzte!!

Nice Alpine Bed and Breakfast
The hotel was built in 1905 and it has been kept in good condition. It is a family run business.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a pleasant stay.

My balcony view of the Eiger and Jungfrau was breathtaking.

Breakfast was very nice with a good hearty selection. Coffee was good and strong.

This hotel is the highest in Wengen. It is 750m from the train station and it's a 12 minute walk uphill most of the way. There are no cars in Wengen but the hotel offers a shuttle service which you may want to consider with luggage.

Wonderful stay
We checked out this morning after spending 3 amazing nights at this hotel. Having stayed at various hotels in various countries in my 4 trips to Europe, hotel Brunner was one of the best hotels (for the price you pay) we have ever stayed in. Excellent service, excellent people and excellent views. It’s a family run hotel. Everyone would be at their best to listen to you and resolve if you have an issue. I forgot the charger of my power bank back in Dxb, I asked the gal at the reception who was actually the daughter of the owner, she managed to find a cable which worked for me. The day we checked in we were so tired n my husband was exhausted after changing 3 trains and dragging the bags from Zurich, the guy at the reception offered us all orange juice.

There’s a common kitchen for all guests which was very helpful. Free tea coffee all day. Such a great idea esp. for ppl like us who have kids who need to use fridge / microwave every now and then. Almost all guests would bring their food and have dinner there. Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Value for money in its true sense.

Rooms n bathrooms were a bit small but nothing unexpected for Switzerland and they were comfortable enough. Breakfast was satisfactory. They had boiled eggs, oats and other cereals, breads, milk, tea, coffee, cheese, jam, butter and Nutella spread and juices. The only suggestion I’d give is they should consider adding atleast fresh fruits if not croissants etc to their breakfast menu. This won’t increase their cost but overall the standard of breakfast will be improved and this would add some options for vegetarians.

Wonderful Stay, Great Views and Value
We visited in early June (family of 6 with grown daughters and our dog) and could not have been happier with our stay. The super-friendly and welcoming staff made our stay extra special. The rooms were spotlessly clean and while not “fancy,” they were very cute and super comfy, with crisp linens and cozy beds. A tasty breakfast was included in the rate, which makes this an unbeatable value. There is a lovely outdoor seating/cocktail area with incredible views, and the common kitchen area with a fridge, kettles, tea, microwave, coffee and cookies was really convenient. A fantastic stay that won’t bust your budget, with truly amazing customer service.

GAR KEINEN STERN VERIDENT!

Minimo indispensabile
