Location: Completely quiet on a large plot of land with olive and pine trees on a hillside on the edge of the pretty village of Mavrovouni. The complex is located above the long sandy beach, which can be reached via a small side road. There are 3 tavernas and a beach bar along the beach and a surf school 1.5 km away.
Three tavernas and a snack bar are located approx. 250-300m above the complex, a small supermarket approx. 400m away, a large supermarket and bakery on the outskirts of Mavrovouni approx. 600m away.

The complex:
Total size: 24 spacious, independent bungalows of 46m² each and the main building.
The main building has a reception, lounge with TV, bar and a large terrace where you can order breakfast and drinks. It offers a marvellous view of the entire bay and the beach. Access to the fenced complex is either from the beach side or the east side through a gate.
The architectural style of the bungalows is modelled on the castle houses of Mani and thus conveys a special atmosphere. The bungalows are situated along narrow footpaths with flowerbeds and trees and each has a front courtyard from which there is a marvellous view of the deep blue sea.
The complex offers plenty of space for children to play, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner will guarantee you an unforgettable holiday.

24 bungalows (2 pers.+ 2 children): Bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200 cm) or a double bed (160X200 cm), large living room (sleeping possibility for children on 2 folding armchairs 70 Χ 190 cm) with integrated kitchenette (2-burner hob) and shower/WC. The kitchenette with basic equipment is only suitable for preparing snacks!

Νotice: Pets are allowed by arrangement. In any case, only one pet is allowed per stay.

Cleaning daily, change of bed linen and towels 2-3 times a week.
