The fully-equipped built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The tableware, a coffee machine and various utensils were new in October 2016. An electric stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle are also provided. The living room has a sofa bed with a new flatscreen TV and a modern satellite receiver. A new dining space (2016) invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom has been fitted with a new washbasin, WC, shower cubicle and flooring.

The nearest beach for swimming, also with a dog, is about 3km away (Sehestedt). It is about 40km to Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven. Dangast is a well-known holiday destination about 15km away. The nearest restaurant/café is about 300 metres away and it is about 4km to the nearest shopping facilities, a bank and doctors.
