The modern and comfortably furnished, bright holiday flat is located in a residential complex in the Gleislhof district, above the climatic health resort of Riedenburg. From here you can quickly reach the centre of Riedenburg or the Altmühl river by car. You can also set off on foot or by e-bike directly from the flat to explore the area on the hiking trails or cycle along the Altmühl. A car is nevertheless required and a private parking space is available for holiday guests.

The 65 m² flat is suitable for up to 4 people and, thanks to its location on the 4th floor of a residential complex and the large floor-to-ceiling window fronts, has a wonderful unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. We have renovated and redesigned the flat with great attention to detail, combining new elements with original features while respecting the architecture from the 1970s. The centrepiece of the flat is the open-plan living and dining area (for 4 people) with kitchen. From here and the covered, furnished balcony, you have a wonderful unobstructed view across the meadow to the neighbouring forest. There is a sofa bed, a TV with DVD player and two armchairs with a coffee table in the living area. There is a double bed in a cosy room alcove. The living area flows into the dining area and kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, which is bright and has its own covered balcony. The comfortable bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a rain shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and Internet radio.

The spacious two covered balconies offer a wide view of the great outdoors.

There is a swimming pool, a sauna and a solarium in the house, which can be used by holiday guests. Bicycles brought along can be stored in the lockable storage room at ground level for the duration of your stay. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies.

In Riedenburg and the immediate surroundings you will find a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails, excellent gastronomy and a wide range of leisure activities. Riedenburg lies amidst the impressive scenery of the Altmühltal valley, surrounded by striking Jura cliffs and wonderful deciduous forests, at the foot of the Rosenburg castle and the two ruins of Rabenstein and Tachenstein. The climatic health resort - the pearl of the Altmühltal - offers historic walls, wonderful views and experiences of a very special kind. Summer toboggan run, climbing paradise, falconry at Rosenburg Castle, Schulerloch stalactite cave, dinosaur park, Liberation Hall, Danube Gorge and Weltenburg Abbey are just a few of the special attractions in the immediate vicinity.
