BIEN Mais ...
Très cocooning, mais les chambres sont vraiment petites, et il manque d'équipements (1 seule table de chevet, pas de sèche serviette, pas de prises ...du coup 1 multiprises sous le lit ??)
Mais la formule est TOP.

Ski Tignes
Globalement satisfait du séjour. Ambiance est plutôt familiale le personnel est agréable dans son ensemble et disponible.
Améliorations à prévoir: au petit déjeuner proposer divers fruits et au déjeuner proposer des entrées préparées.

Très bon séjour
Bonjour Tripadvisor
Nous avons passé une semaine au Miléade de Tignes début Mars en famille avec enfant et petits enfants.
Hôtel archi-complet.
Nous ne nous en sommes même pas aperçu tellement le personnel était en permanence à l'affut de toutes actions nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour.
Un super plus à Manon pour son sourire permanent et à la jeune fille qui s'occupe du miniclub qui a une patience à toutes épreuves.
Et puis il y a Guillaume le Directeur.
Toujours là quand il le faut. Guillaume ne rechigne pas à aider sa troupe dans le rush. Il est au four et au moulin.
J'ai rarement va un dirigeant de club avec un tel soucis de la clientèle et tout cela dans une bienveillance permanente.
Félicitations à toute cette équipe et à son Manager.
Très bon rapport qualité prix au moment ou les sports d'hiver en altitude deviennent impayables.
Petites remarques :
- Approvisionner quelques bancs en bois dans le ski room car les chaises mises à disposition ne conviennent vraiment pas.
- Placer un grillage au dessus des box à ski car quand on procède des skis un peu couteux cela faire peur qu'ils soient bien renfermés à clé mais qu'il suffisse de monter sur une chaise pour les saisir par dessus le box.
Dans tous les cas troisième séjour dans ce Club de vacances et pas de regrets.

Trop cher vu les prestations
Personnel d'accueil agréable, un repas nous avait été gardé suite aux bouchons. Un grand merci. Avions pris une place de parking en extérieure, stationnement difficile mais ca l'a fait. Un peu cher tout de même.
Concernant la chambre, taille satisfaisante, salle de bain également. Un gros "bémol" quand à la propreté sous les lits. Un manque certain de rangements, de porte manteaux. Etre très organisé (séchage vêtements de ski....)
Concernant les communs, trop petit acceuil/salle de repos et la salle du restaurant qui manque cruellement de "chaleur", tables et chaises qui font "cantine", tout est trop serré. (photos non conforme au site)
Les repas (déjeuner et diner) ont été bons. Point noir pour nous (famille de 4) a été le petit déjeuner. Le jus d'orange (machine) est imbuvable, il faudrait prévoir un presse agrumes avec de vrais oranges. Pas de grille pain, manque de produits salés le matin. Le jambon sous vide ainsi que les tranches de fromages.... bof bof.
un matin à 8H45 (mardi), plus de pain ni de viennoiseries.
Le petit déjeuner du jeudi matin top, viennoiseries, pain chaud, crêpes....
le casier à ski, penser à changer les ampoules grillées car on y voit rien. un coup de propre serait souhaitable. le sèche chaussures est très agréable.
Site facilement accessible des pistes.
un grand merci à Manon qui s'est occupé des mes filles à la sortie luge et ses "blindtest" du soir....
Hormis Manon aucune autre animation.
Directeur absent cette semaine cependant avons vu ce dernier le dernier jour au petit déjeuner et lorsque nous avons réglé notre note. Avons indiqué que nous partions et là patatra....Il nous a encaissé, nous a souhaité un bon retour puis est parti sans attendre que nous quittions les lieux. Dommage de finir sur cette note.

Only English people in a French Hotel : Ski Week : Mileade Tignes
Our holiday with Sunweb brought us to this small Hotel. It is mainly used for French visitors and we were the only four English people there. ALL the staff were amazing and always tried to include us. They were so friendly and helpful.
Being in a place where everyone speaks a different language to you is not for everyone but we found it great being the only non-French speaking guests. Our school French taught us enough to be polite and say good morning etc and for the rest we just smiled and tried to get by.

The Hotel has a nice little bar and staff organised evening events. We joined in with the other guests whenever we could. At the quiz nights (guessing the questions where we could) and the majority of the other guests seemed to have a lot of fun laughing at us and helping us if they were able to translate anything. The staff were brilliant at bringing everyone together.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Every day we had a wide variety of food options for breakfast; the option of taking a picnic lunch out with us during the day and for dinner a choice of starters, two mains and ample deserts. All delicious.

The location is good. It is a quick slide down a road opposite to get to the nearest lift or there is a bus stop right outside. We went to a music bar every evening after skiing, which was an easy walk up the hill into the town.

Small basic French hotel, Lost my Wedding Band there
We booked via Sunweb for the Christmas week and were not informed that the hotel is catered for French guests only. The staff speaks basic English, they appeared to be polite and friendly. About 10 mins walk to ski shop,lift, etc. We ski every year in France, the food is not at par with other places we've been, repetitive, tasteless and basic. The room is very small and basic even for French standard. The French guests we spoke to confirmed that there has been a clear deterioration over years. BTW, no toilet seats in any of the toilets in the public place. Last, I lost my wedding band and another ring (in the same pocket of my winter jacket) over the stay. It happened in one evening when the fire alarm went off, we all rushed downstairs, I left it behind either at the restaurant or the bar.. When I asked next morning, no one said they saw it (it is a small team, so I managed to ask everyone). They said they do not have a Lost and Found. After I was back in the UK, I emailed the hotel again. I offered to pay to get it back. The hotel responded and they found my jacket weeks later, no rings. I travelled around the world, never lost anything precious. Typically if customers leave something behind, a good hotel will return. I don't often write emails, but I feel urged to write this time and I would advise anyone to watch your belongings very closely if you choose to stay in this hotel.

Our director indeed found your jacket days later, just in front of his office. And no ring was in the (small) pockets, only one glove, in each pocket. We regret it, but cannot say whether an indelicate customer could have intentionally stolen it, or whether it was simply a loss or an error. Indeed, all of our teams were focused on implementing all the security measures regarding the fire alarm and were unable to monitor your personal belongings. Note that you are solely responsible for belongings that you leave unattended in common areas.

By the way, we still have your Jacket and gloves in our possession and, as we told you, we'll be very happy to send it back to you if you wish. Don't hesitate to contact us for sending instructions !

I booked with Sunweb and I feel that they are at fault for not informing me that the hotel is solely for French Guests. Kind, helpful staff and the managers father gave us a lift on NYE as no taxis, this was appreciated.
You can't check in until 5pm the door is locked, we did manage to access the building and leave our luggage there whilst we went to get our ski pass, and equipment which both are a 10 minute walk away.
The bar was open at 4.00pm and is run by Roman who is a very kind and helpful member of staff and did his best to translate. After given our key to the room which is small, compact especially the shower no bath and towels that would strip a layer of skin off when using.Heating is electric warm air which works well and keeps the room warm. Great mountain view. Food is basic b'fast is meats, kraft cheese, stale bread, occasional croissants, boiled eggs, fruit and yoghurt,tea,coffee,juice,hot chocolate. We had lunch once and a packed lunch , stale bread again, fruit, cheese and water and a salad. Dinner is fish or meat with one veg. We didn't attend the NYE dinner , NYD dinner was a cheese raclette and boiled potatoes. Desserts consisted of some kind of mousse, pie or yoghurt.

The welcome meeting was totally spoken in French and no provision to translate it to English or explain to us what was going on? Take your own hairdryer as they have one for the whole hotel, take tea and coffee facilities if you want a drink earlier than 7.30am. A very basic hotel with helpful staff but learn French before you go so you can understand whats going on, communicate with the staff and read the information.

We also told you, before your stay, on Facebook, that your room did not include a hairdryer.

Our breakfast is a continental breakfast, classic in France. The bread is not stale but of the day. Indeed, with ambient humidity on certain days, it can sometimes be a little "soft" but in no case stale.
Raclette is a typical Savoyard dish served with boiled potatoes, it is also a French classic that is highly appreciated by our customers.
Our meals are composed of a main dish with meat or fish and vegetable, but we also offer you, every day, an assortment of pasta, soup, as well as a buffet of entry, cheese and desserts , with Mousse, desserts, homemade dessert, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.
We are sincerely sorry if you have not received complete satisfaction, especially with our French gastronomy, and will try to improve ourselves.

Brilliant skiing, lost necklace
Had a brilliant week here in February! It's close to ski lifts, food was good, beautiful blue sky's, we couldn't have wanted for more.

Only down side was discovering I had left my Tiffany necklace behind (room 29) 😕 I contacted Sunweb who we booked with and they wouldn't give me an email address to contact the accommodation myself. They suggested I telephoned but as no one spoke fluent English we couldn't call, so it would appear my necklace is lost forever.
