Below Montana, in the district of La Colline, outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 3.4 km from the lake, 2.4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.8 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Pradouvan" 400 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 1.3 km, lake Grenon 3.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.7 km, skisport facilities 2.4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Moubra 3.5 km, Etang Long 5.6 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Montana, 3 km.
