Pan bagnat cher 7euros pour la qualité.qqes tomates,1radis,miettes de thon.pas d'enchoi.A ce prix on peut espérer mieux...

Quelle gentillesse
Nous y sommes allés avec ma petite fille de 9 ans, pour acheter pissaladière et socca. C’était un dimanche juste après midi et nous avions très peur que tout soit déjà parti. En arrivant, c’était le cas tout l’étal était vide. Ma petite fille a gentiment exprimé son désappointement à la patronne, qui lui a répondu , c’est pour toi la pissaladière? ma petite fille lui a répondu que oui. La dame s’est alors retournée, à tendu le bras à l’arrière et a pris un paquet en disant à ma petite fille Hélène, tiens c’est la mienne mais je te la donne!!!!
Nous n’en croyons pas nos oreilles et yeux de tant de gentillesse.
Bien sur nous retournerons souvent, sans nous forcer, d’autant que pour nous c’est la meilleure socca et pissaladière de Nice. Les Pan-Bagnats sont aussi fameux.
Bravo chère Madame, continuez comme ça on adore.

Toujours aussi bons et frais
Pan bagnats toujours aussi bons toujours frais avec un assaisonnement généreux et goutus. Pissaladière très bonne également. Les commentaires sur l'amabilité de la gerante sont un peu abusés, normal d'être désabusée par les vagues de touristes impolis tout l'été. D'ailleurs à cause d'eux le prix du pan bagnat augmente l'été...

ZÉRO POINTÉ !!!
Madame , si avec votre socca vous pensez avoir le monopole , redescendez un peu sur terre car votre accueil m’a complètement refroidie , ça ne me donne pas envie d’y revenir et je tiens à vous dire que votre restaurant est à l’image de ses propriétaires DEGUEULASSE tout comme le tablier que portait la patronne , même s’il était noir on y voyait pleins de tâches ca me donne envie de gerber , on voit bien que l’hygiène n’est pas leur fort tout comme l’accueil !!
Le service d’hygiène devrait venir y faire un tour . Je compte d’ailleurs écrire pour dénoncer la saleté du restaurant .

Pas du tout accueillante!!
Nous sommes venu à 5 pour goûter les spécialités de Nice à savoir la SOCCA..La gérante pas du tout aimable nous dit à peine boujour..semble impatiente de nous servir..pas du tout aimable je pense qu'elle n'apprécie pas les touristes..Pizza fade très grasse avec une grosse couche de fromage.., pan bagnat très bon..Concernant la SOCCA j'ai tout de même appréciée qu'elle nous la fasse goûter avant d'en acheter.. à fuir au niveau de l'accueil

Worst service ever
this place has great reviews; indeed the food looked really nice. But the rudeness of th server was exception. We spoke French, so we weren't the awful anglophones abroad, but the server did his best to be difficult. My husband asked for a cafe alonge - a standard Americano, with milk on the side. (The cafe creme has more milk than he wants).This prompted a rant about how in FRANCE this coffee was called a cafe creme, and when he said, no, I don't want so much milk, it was met with shrugs and attitude about how it was the same thing, but we (being not French) didn't understand what we wanted. Then the server asked me what I wanted and proceeded to leave the counter for several minutes, to open pizza ovens, take out a huge pissalardiere and a pizza and put them in the window. During which time I waited until he had finished. He then came back to the counter to me and said 'well? I'm still waiting. I can't give you anything because you're not speaking'. At this point we told him we would go elsewhere, and we found a delightful place across the street where the non-French customers were treated as people to be respected.
Interestingly enough, when I posted on a French site to say the service was bad, the reply was ' this isn't clear enough. It isn't helpful unless you tell me what happened'. Which is fair enough, but again, this sense that I was the one in the wrong, instead of first apologising and then asking for more info. Clearly the attitude comes from the top. Shame. The pizzalardiere looked great.

Molto buono
Farinata. A livello di quella che 50 anni orsono portava il pizzicagnolo davanti alla scuola con il bracere sulla bicicletta con davanti la ruotina piccola.

First Time Socca eater....
Taken here as part of a food tour. We were given Socca. first time trying it. It was ok. Sort of like an egg texture with some "corn meal" in it. Nice service.

wenn man mit all den sehenswürdigkeiten plötzlich einen kleinen hunger verspürt, dann ist diese ecke sehr zu empfehlen!
allerdings muss man es den einheimischen gleichtun und sich in die reihe stellen....
aber dann die gefüllten farcies, die socca u.a. - ein echter schmaus, der einem wieder kraft gibt.

Super par bagnat
Abbiamo pranzato in questo piccolo accogliente locale vicino alla promenade des angles prima di andare in spiaggia.
Il pan bagnat è la specialità della casa, ed è un'esplosione di sapori, davvero delizioso. Si può mangiare al tavolo o da asporto.
Anche la socca, che dà il nome al locale, è squisita e merita un assaggio.

Great little Café
A quiet little Café with seats inside at the back that look out towards the bay. Great for breakfast or a Filled Baguette or even a slice of home made quiche also slices of home made pizza. Very friendly staff. Looks family run ( not sure if it is or not ) but it has a nice feel about it. There are also seats outside at the front as well if you prefer which look across the street and it even comes with a Lovely Dog that lies in the door way. A Great Find!
