Wonderful week at La Ferme in Val Claret
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and very well equipped to a high standard. We had excellent views over the mountains and could ski in and out directly from the hotel. The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful, and managed to deal with any special requests without hesitation. Having skied for over 30 years in a variety of locations and hotels, La Ferme is certainly one of the very best we have stayed in and we cannot wait to visit again.

Charme et détente
Nous apprécié le décor chaleureux et le cadre bucolique.
L'accès à la piscine nécessitait de traverser la station de Tignes Val Claret, de manière agréable via l'ascenseur de la station (15/20 minutes).
La piscine et le SPA bénéficiaient d'un décor hors du commun, tout en bois et pierre.

Trés bon séjour
Une résidence au calme et aux pieds des pistes, proche des commodités. Le sherpa à 50m + location de matériel de ski.
Très bel appartement de deux chambres avec 2 salle de bain, salon spacieux, et cuisine fonctionnelle.
Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tignes en famille. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr!

SCAMMERS charged extra deposit and refused to refund; also unfriendly staff and very mediocre apartments.
Reception staff refused to allow us inside until we paid an additional deposit that was NOT anywhere in the booking details and HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED - 5 weeks after leaving the hotel! We have called repeatedly and been told that they’re “very busy” and “will process it soon”. AVOID!! Unless you want to be scammed out of your money.
Other issues: Upon arrival, we had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour as the hotel staff were closed for lunch. The receptionists had left some room keys in an UNLOCKED and WIDE OPEN outdoor safe but not ours. We called the contact number and were told “You can wait 40 minutes” - bearing in mind we had heavy suitcases so couldn’t exactly roam freely around the village. The staff continued to be this unfriendly and unhelpful for the rest of the stay.
We told that we must undergo a mid-week room inspection to ensure we were ‘treating the apartment with respect’. We were also refused access to the spa, despite this being included in our booking. The staff were incredibly patronising and didn’t seem able to comprehend that a group of 20-year-olds could go on holiday without being treated like children.
We were told that any rubbish in the corridors would result in us losing our deposit - meaning we were expected to clean up after STRANGERS in other apartments!
All in all, the staff are unfriendly scammers, the hotel itself is seriously subpar — cancel your holiday before you EVER book here.

Nous avons signalé cet avis qui aurait du être supprimé depuis longtemps. Ce groupe d'étudiant Anglais nous a causé beaucoup de problème pendant la semaine et ils continent avec cet avis. Dommage car ils étaient bien au courant de toutes les procédures avant leur arrivée par leur tour opérateur NUCO (visite de mi-séjour, cautions, heures d'ouvertures pour le C/in...)
