Simplement une pépite !!!!
Restaurant servant une cuisine délicate, soignée, recherchée et toujours fait maison… un accueil au top!!! Difficile de faire mieux en termes de rapport qualité prix!!! Foncez!!!

"Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! Le restaurant offre une sélection de produits frais et de saison, mettant en valeur une cuisine authentique faite maison. L'accueil chaleureux et le service attentionné ajoutent à l'ambiance conviviale. Le couple derrière ce charmant établissement a su créer une atmosphère accueillante, et la décoration y est très soignée. Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation pour une expérience gastronomique mémorable !"

Ein Restaurant, welches nicht dem Mainstream entspricht. Sie bieten eine typische provenzalische Küche an, auf die man sich einlassen muss.

Die Gerichte sind überraschend anders. Man erlebt Geschmäcker, die nicht auf jeder Karte zu finden sind. Wir waren 2 mal da und sind nicht enttäuscht worden

Il menù cambia ogni settimana, i piatti proposti sono molto interessanti e buoni. Il servizio è piacevole, è bello potersi fermare per qualche chiacchiera. I dolci erano 4, e tutti sarebbero stati da prendere! Passaggio obbligato quando si è a Saint-Aygulf. Il posto è piccolo e bisogna assolutamente prenotare.

Over rated
The food was average. Some plates were cold. The servers did not seem to be as concerned with our satisfaction with the meal as opposed to their reputation.

Lovely
Have not been here for ages and I am pleased to say, it has had an overhaul and it has changed for the better. Wish I had that chef at home. Decor good, atmosphere good and the food and wine were delicious, can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you.

Consistently excellent
Our third visit to Le Quatre Saison this year was excellent as ever. We have been regular customers for around 25 years and every year it seems to get better. Chef's inventiveness seems to know no bounds, this time my starter was a simple dish of poached eggs on toast but perfectly presented topped with a superb sauce. My main course was fricasee of chicken with a curry sauce, the chicken and sauce with a hint of curry was really really good. Service by "La Serveuse" was warm and welcoming, this young lady is one of the friendliest and welcoming hostesses in the south of France.

St Aygulf is very lucky for a small seaside town to have three excellent restaurants, this is one of them. The restaurant is tucked away at the end of town but well worth trying,
