Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre 2.7 km, restaurant, bar 5 m, bus stop "Avda. Papa Luna" 10 m, railway station "Benicarló-Peñíscola" 4.2 km, sandy beach "Benicarló" 1 m. Golf course (18 hole) 28 km. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Peñiscola 5.3 km, Laberinto Peñiscola (más grande España) 7.5 km, Morella 70 km, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències 143 km, Delta del Ebro 45 km, Port Aventura 115 km. Hiking paths: Parque Natural Sierra de Irta 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
