The 2-room flat MEER & MEHR is located on the 5th floor of the Ostseeresidenz, lifts are available. You have direct access to the harbour and the beach through the rear door in the hall.

The living room awaits you with a cosy sofa and a dining area. Of course, there is also a TV, radio and WiFi, and in the open-plan kitchen area you will find an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the necessary crockery. An electric roller shutter provides darkness and sun protection if required. There is also a small shower room and a hallway with a wardrobe and a storage room. We want you to feel comfortable and endeavour to keep the flat up to date with ongoing renovations.

The covered balcony with its modern garden furniture is the ideal place to sit and relax. Behind the building you will find your own parking space in a separate car park.

The beach and harbour are just a few steps away. The small promenade is also just a few steps away, with a few shops and restaurants for a stroll. A supermarket with bakery and adjoining café completes the offer.
