The flat has two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and is approx. 70 m² in size and equipped with a modern kitchen including all appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace (with garden view). Telephone, digital satellite TV (LED flat screen incl. Sky TV) and free and unlimited internet access are standard in the flat. The bathroom has two washbasins, a walk-in shower and a WC.
The property, with its own park (approx. 20,000 m²), offers you plenty of space to linger. In the park there are two garden pavilions, garden loungers, several benches, a sunbathing lawn and water features.
Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails etc.) is approx. two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
