    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

We only stayed at the Ramada for one night, but the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were able to check out and they were kind enough to hold our luggage while we did some sightseeing before our flight out. The free airport shuttle was also very helpful! The rooftop restaurant was great, food was delicious and a great view!

Amazing Ramada Stay
Very friendly welcome with smile. Clean environment. All staff used to greet with smile. Always asking if any help was needed. Hygiene environment. Food was good. Check in and check out was amazing. Food price was reasonable considering that the things are no cheap now days.

Excellent - we will return - close to Nadi- yet beautiful Fijian beachside experience
Loved our stay - Stunning views, Units were lovely - Clean, spacious, self. Contained - had everything -, Loved the location, Breakfast on the beach deck and dinner upstairs , we did not need to leave the resort -Negative - Cashless - Pillows

Staff great, rooms are great and clean. Top floor restaurant good. beach level restaurant service is dreadful
I like the hotel, the beach is not very nice, the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Top floor restaurant good. Beachside restaurant, the food mediocre, and the service is terrible.
Construction work most days within the Hotel compound, outside the bedrooms somewhat very noisy…

GREAT FOR FAMILIES
Had spent 5 nights here and what fantastic service.
The staff were really great and accomodating (something us kiwis aren't used to) but did my best to relax lol.
Food was fantastic and it was close to most sites we were looking to see.
Only feedback was the leaks in the air con but i assume this is normal considering.
I'd definitely come back with my whanau (family).

L’hôtel a mal enregistré notre réservation plus de 2h au Check in. Chambre avec lits à l’italienne donc on sent la cassure au milieu. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas pendant les 4 jours mais tout le monde s’en fou.
La Clim fuyait partout et de l’eau s’accumulait sur le sol et pareil tout le monde s’en fou. L’hôtel est très très bruyant déjà par ce qu’on a l’impression que les avions décollent au dessus de notre lit et aussi dans les couloirs les portes laissent passé tout le bruit.

C’est hôtel est très mauvais, l’accueil est désastreux, ils ne prennent pas en compte les réservations,
Cet hôtel ment sur ses prestations les lits sont tout petit et de mauvaise qualité
Le service est une catastrophe et très long près de deux heures pour faire un c/in, le personnel n’est pas formé à l’hôtellerie

We have not had our warranty refunded. No hemos tenido devolución de la garantia.
Podría escribir otra opinión, sin embargo, tuvimos algunos problemas con el monto de la reserva y la garantia que se carga a la tarjeta de credito

A la fecha a un no tenemos respuesta ni la devolución de la garantía por un problema técnico de su sistema interno del hotel.

Hemos enviado mail al hotel, pero no hemos tenido respuesta a la fecha. Es lamentable.

Hotelanlage in Nadi noch die beste.
Fantastische Lage direkt am Strand, in der Nähe des Flughafens und zahlreicher Essens- und Trinkmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Bar auf dem Dach ist großartig ... schöner Zugang zum Strand. Der Strand ist etwas durchschnittlich, aber alles andere am Ramada Ist gut.

Licht und leider viel Schatten
Eigentlich sind wir weltweit unterwegs und mit TripAdvisor’s Bewertungen immer gut gefahren. Leider bestätigt dieses Hotel die berühmte Ausnahme. Die Bilder vom Strand scheinen mit Photoshop bearbeitet, Wasser und Strand wirken eher etwas schmuddelig. Nix mit traumhaftem Südseestrand. Das - schön gelegene - Restaurantsuf dem Dach haben wir nur einmal und dann nicht wieder besucht, langsamer Service und Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind o.k. und die Mitarbeiter nett.
Würden hier nicht wieder buchen und eher und eher für das gepflegtere Denerau entscheiden.

Notte di passaggio incredibile
Siamo capitati in questo hotel per puro caso, siccome per via di una cancellazione volo da parte di Fiji Airways siamo stati riprotetti con una notte in questo splendido hotel. Aggiungerei, che fortuna! Hotel magnifico, stanze enormi e lussuose con vista spiaggia, ristoranti di ottimo livello e personale professionale ed estremamente gentile. Grazie Fiji Airways :)

Très bien
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Ramada pour débuter notre voyage de noces.

La chambre studio était impeccable avec tout les équipements nécessaires même une machine à laver et un sèche linge.

À notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel est très serviable et sympa. Nous avons eu un micro problème de fourmi dans la sdb qui a été réglé immédiatement après notre signalement.

Le restaurant roof top est très bien. En revanche celui du bas qui est en fait le restaurant plus low-cost de l’hôtel d’à côté est sympa pour le cadre mais le service y est de bien moins bonne qualité, peu d’attention vis à vis des clients installés, longue attente, et peu de sourire voir de l’agacement pour certain personnel (je ne parle que très peu anglais).

En ce qui concerne la piscine, elle n’est pas attrayante car dans le passage et petite, très vite occupée par des enfants agités.

Pour ce qui est de la plage et des équipements, un peu de déception, pas de parasols pour les transats sur la plage, qui sont bien passés déjà.

Autre déception qui ne concerne que nos propres goûts, le petit déjeuner n’est pas un petit déjeuner à proprement dit puisque vous commandez votre « repas » sur la carte comme pour déjeuner. Si vous aimez le sucré vous n’aurez rien! J’ai été bien embêté, n’ayant pas envie et la culture de manger des œufs et du bacon au petit dej je n’ai rien pu mangé.. j’ai voulu me faire plaisir avec un « fresh fruits » pensant avoir un cocktail de fruits frais, il ne s’agissait que d’un jus d’orange pressé à 15 dollars! Un peu cher à mon goût et intitulé portant en erreur.

Disons que pour 150€ la nuit, on attend un peu plus niveau équipements.

Dans l’ensemble nous recommandons cet hôtel car il permet un bon compromis entre les hôtels à bas prix mal situés et vieillissants et les hôtels de luxe souvent inaccessibles.

Personnel extra
Super hotel, personnel accueillant et serviable. J’y suis resté 4 nuits en septembre 2018.

Les chambres sont complètes avec tous ce que vous avez besoin, même laveuse et secheuse. Grandes, spacieuses et les lits sont très confortables. Par contre les chambres sont mal isolées du son et bruyantes. Je recommande cette hotel
