cheap but thats it!!
May be it was just my misfortune, but I did not find the apartments, close to the slopes, just cheap, and very noisy at night!! with two different parties, chanting at night , with the noise, not calming down, until, about 2.30 am. Also, I asked for ski out/ in. You could ski in, but it was a five walk to the nearest lift !

Spacious, Clean, Cheap + next to the slopes!
Residences Le Lavachet - (SnowTrex Offered Accommodation) was Clean + very spacious offering all thing needed for a relaxing time (in and around Skiing + drinking!)
All 8 of us are in our mid 20's and offered comfortable sleeping arrangements: 1 x double bed, 4 x sofa beds + 2 x set of bunk beds (able to sleep 10 people)
even in April, it was only a 2 min walk to a ski-able pathway that led to the slopes. the nearest chairlift being around 200m away (but you can ski 150m of the distance)
The area it is located is very quiet at night as it it a 2 min walk from a few shops + bars but a 10 min walk from Le Lac and a 10 min bus ride from Val Claret.
I would definately stay here again as we had no trouble and the room even had satellite TV + a coffee machine (essential for early morning wake-ups)
Not a luxurious place but well worth the price from snow trex £280pp for 7 nights which included a FREE lift pass to Espace Killy
