The flat is a second floor. It consists of 75 habitable meters. They are distributed: - living room with sea views, consisting of living room furniture with 42" TV, two sofas of 3 and 2 seats, dining table - outdoor terrace of 10 m. overlooking the sea, where there is a terrace table with 6 chairs.
- gallery with washing machine next to the kitchen - double bedroom with 1,35 m. bed and wardrobe with sea views - single bedroom with two beds of 90 cm. each - new and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, pans, cutlery, glassware.... - a bathroom with 1.50 x 80 cm shower, refurbished and made all new in 2016 - another bathroom also with 80 x 80 cm shower, also refurbished in 2016 - several extra beds that can be placed in the living room and a cot or travel cot, available on request.

The flat is located in front of the sea, where there are two coves, one of them with a beach bar, where you can enjoy a good meal or have a drink, located approximately 10 metres from the flat. It has supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, bars, ATMs, medical centre, local police, red cross post. Very beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, where you can do water sports, some with playground. Another attraction is its proximity to Port Aventura, approximately 15 km.
