What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

How can I cancel or change my booking?Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.

From last 10 years we are staying with treehouse . All time experience is good. They are improving day by day . The staff we encounter are sejal, swella juwela ,Bhushan, shubhankar and even security guard all of them are very polite, professional and well trained . Location was ideal. The apartment was

Comfortable stay at Majorda - Treehouse Blue
I booked my stay in Treehouse Blue Goa for 3 nights. It's an apartment stay with all the required amenities. It had two big balconies as well - one facing swimming pool and other facing greenary. Nice hygienic stay and also it has small recreational space for gaming and relaxing downstairs. Extremely friendly staff - Sejal, Swella, Bhushan and Jwella. All of them were friendly and very co-operate. I had booked through MMT and got good discount but booking offline is very pricey!

Off the beaten path!
A friend recommended this place which I wouldn’t have found online otherwise. I spent a few days here at the end of a trekking trip in China/Nepal and couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place!
Bit of a hidden gem - this place is off the beaten path in Goa. 25mins from the International Airport, these serviced apartments are tucked in a local area away from the usual tourist traps. Though all amenities like supermarket, liquor store, good restaurants/cafes are scattered nearby within walking distance.
The one-bedroom apartments are bright and well-designed for a comfortable longer, slow stay with good equipped kitchen and large bathrooms with plenty hot water!
There isn’t a restaurant on the premise but Rina serves simple yet hearty breakfasts each morning downstairs in the common area where there is a small pool, games room, reading nook etc.
There is a 24-hr security guard on the premises and manned office during the day who can help with taxis etc. which are not readily available from the street and you will have to call them to come if needed.
This place is directly run by the Owners. The team they have on the ground are very hospitable and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Though the key to enjoying Goa/India is to manage your expectations. This isn’t a luxury hotel so don’t expect services to be of one however if asking again doesn’t bother you - you’ll really enjoy what this well-kept place has to offer.
I would highly recommend this place if you’d like to get off the grid, plough through some writing or work and just be for a few days - then this might just be the place for you!
