Newly built luxury holiday home of 80m² with air conditioning, free wifi, safe (free of charge), SAT TV, working area and a large terrace furnished with table, chairs and daybed. The flat has two bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 200cm) each and TV, a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, amenities, bathrobes, a living room with sofa-bed (2x80x200cm), air conditioning and a beautiful kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob (3 rings), dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric juicer and egg boiler. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, a colourful daybed and is surrounded by greenery, giving you the intimacy and privacy you are looking for. You can make use of the communal infinity pool which is located in the centre of the complex next to the square.

Special features: The property is located within the Cordial Santa Águeda Resort and you will pick up your key at the reception of the establishment. During your stay you can enjoy a large solarium with sunbeds and daybeds with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean (accessible by stairs or lift). You can also enjoy a buffet breakfast (extra charge) in the Resort's main restaurant located in the reception area or enjoy a unique culinary experience in the restaurants El Refectorio de Agata, La Arroceria, Nami Sushi Bar or Oxean Bar. The Resort has a children's playground, a promenade for the little ones to enjoy during their stay and a Beach Club (Perchel) that guests can enjoy free of charge from Monday to Friday with individual sunbeds.
