Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 can be configured as 3 x singles or 1 x King and 1 single. A second full bathroom is also available. The lounge contains a double sofa bed. There is extensive covered and uncovered outdoor areas. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom at a cost of $40 per night.

- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Secret little paradise
Great little stay at white house. Unfortunately I wasn't able to utilize as much as I wanted as we were visiting rarotonga for a family event, so was out and about most days and only made it back to sleep at night.
But the stay was so lovely. Very spacious and clean. Washing machine a huge help and pool was good size and depth. Snorkels, reef shoes, kayak so much available to make a nice beach day which was just a small walk down the road.
So many little touches that made it welcoming. Brent the owner coming down when we arrived and when we left to welcome and say goodbye, a cute little sign saying welcome with my name, folded flower shaped towels on beds, a little foot pool by the door to clean sand off before going in house, a stack of dvds and board games for evening or rainy days, a safe, a couple of hats inside and a hand fan etc.
I didn't want to write a review because its one of those places you want to keep a little secret to myself, but it deserves a great review so hopefully more people can enjoy it and visit. (Please don't forget treats for Timmy the dog)

Great for young families, amazing snorkelling!
This place is fantastic. Private, self-contained, just a short walk to a REALLY good snorkelling beach and main road for any tour pick-ups. Brent and Eve looked after us SO well from start to finish, including refreshing their snorkelling gear just for us and our young kids. SO many fish at the local beach, and we saw a turtle! The pool is also SO good, great for quick dips to cool down, and for the kids to spend hours in. There's a really nice piece of open grass for throwing a ball around etc - great for young families. There's a bike-hire place next door, and it's not far from the end of the Needle cross-island walking track, plus another walking track that goes inland. Would recommend, and would go back!

Perfectly located for an idyllic family holiday.

Great Stay at the White House appartement
As a family with 3 kids (11,9 and 6) we stayed at the White House appartment in March 2020. The villa was very clean and tidy, and the rooms were just fine. The outdoors are great: big terrace with nice BBQ, enormous garden (perfect for the kids) and a very pleasant pool, almost private (only another appartment can use it). The outdoors are cleaned every day. The beach is only 2 minutes by foot and snorkeling gears and a kayak are available for free ! We really enjoyed our stay there, and would highly recommend this place... The kids were sad to leave, especially to say bye to Timmy « our » dog for the week ! The owners Brent and Eve were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind with us during the start covid crisis in NZ/Australia. Many thanks to them !

Vacation with friends
Stayed 7 nights there were 9 in our group.
White House accommodation worked well for us
as had entire accommodation to ourselves pool was great we were able to cook on the bbq all snorkeling gear provided also reef shoes which was a bonus lovely beach a short walk away, we were provided our breakfast on our first morning accommodation was clean. Would recommend the White House to other families wanting to holiday together.
