You live in a central location in a typical Viennese Wilhelminian style house from 1890 in the 20th district (Brigittenau) in a quiet alley right next to the Augarten - the oldest and possibly most beautiful baroque park in Vienna. All shops for daily needs are within a 5-minute walk.
