Delightful flat in an elegant residential complex of only 26 flats. The complex is located in the upper and panoramic part of Arguineguin (Gran Canaria).

The flat is on two levels for a total of approximately 60 square metres.The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher. The apartment complex is fenced with access via an automated gate. A covered garage is included with a lift connecting to the flat floor and the complex's swimming pool. The shared pool is heated and the sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a shower.

The beach is approximately 1km away. The village/town centre with restaurants and supermarkets Pharmacy and hospitals is about 300/500m away.
