For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public car park. Bus stop "AV de Bonn" 75 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
